Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders. No shipping fees are charged at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery typically takes 8–16 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If a tracking number is available, it will be included in that email.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Contact us at support@pligno.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

How long do I have to return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we determine the issue is our responsibility, Pligno will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Will my laptop fit in the AeroPack?

The AeroPack has a padded laptop compartment that fits most laptops up to 15.6 inches.

Is the AeroPack waterproof?

The AeroPack is made from water-resistant fabric that protects against light rain and splashes. It is not fully waterproof — avoid submerging it or exposing it to heavy, prolonged rain.

Does the USB charging port come with a power bank?

No. The AeroPack has a built-in external USB port with an internal cable. You connect your own power bank inside the bag. A power bank is not included.
