We currently offer free shipping on orders shipped to the United States. No separate shipping fee is charged for eligible United States orders unless clearly disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated or displayed during checkout as applicable.
Any other mandatory charges collected by us will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We currently provide free shipping for orders shipped to the United States.
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery typically takes approximately 8–16 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or other unexpected events.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Eligible customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Customers should contact us at support@pligno.com before returning a product so that we can provide return instructions.
Products returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns resulting from a change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us promptly so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Purchases made through the Pligno store are transactions between you and Pligno, not between you and Shopify.
