How Our Refund Policy Works

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused and unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Proof of purchase is also required.

Before sending your return, please contact us at support@pligno.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue. If the issue is our responsibility, Pligno will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
